Please let reception know where and when at least 6 weeks before you plan to travel (or complete the form linked below) and we can arrange for the Nurse to check your vaccination history and the recommended or mandatory vaccinations for your area of travel. That way you only make an appointment to see the Nurse if you need to. clock2Travel Questionnaire

Please note we are not able to provide last-minute vaccination services so please let us know at least 6 weeks before you travel to make sure we can fit you in and administer what you need before you travel.

Generally, you won't have any problems going through customs or security at the airport with your prescribed medication but, if you want to be extra sure, you can request a copy of your right side of your prescription from reception or use the one you get from your pharmacy when you collect your medication.

If your insurance company or travel company need a "Fit to Fly Certificate" you can request this from reception. There will be a small charge for this form as it is not NHS work.
