Repeat Prescriptions

prescriptionspurplePatients requiring repeat supply of their medication are asked to request it by phoning the surgery after 10 am or drop in the right-hand-side order form.

Please only order repeat prescriptions (those printed on your right-hand-side slip) via this website. This method should NOT be used to order a further supply of any acute medications i.e. creams, antibiotics etc.

Prescriptions ordered during working hours will usually be ready after 2pm the following working day. Prescriptions ordered while the surgery is closed (6pm) will not start to be processed until the next working day so will take an extra day before they are ready for collection by you or your pharmacy.

Several local chemists collect prescriptions on your behalf and either deliver to your home or have it ready for you to collect. If you would like to use this facility please ask your usual chemist.

You will need to inform the chemist when your prescription will be ready to collect as they do not collect from the surgery every day, and will not know there is a prescription to collect unless you inform them.

Please see below a video made by another practice on how to log on to SystmOnline, how to book an appointment, cancel and appointment or order your repeat medications.
