Youth Health Talk

YouthHealthTalk
Youthhealthtalk enables young people, their family and friends, and professionals such as doctors and teachers to understand young people's experiences of health, illness and life in general. The website feature real-life accounts of issues such as effect on work and education, social life and relationships, consulting health professionals and treatment.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

Please always order your medications by name, requests for "the pink ones" or the "brown inhaler" will not be processed as these often result in errors which take time to resolve. If you can, the best way to request your medications is online using a website called SystmOnline or the SystmOnline app for smartphones. Using this method means you can just click on the items you want to request and it will be sent securely to the practice within seconds.

If you would like to use this service please talk to the receptionist who will be happy to help. There are also helpful videos on Youtube that can show you how to use the SystmOnline website. It is totally secure and only accessible by you and others you may choose to authorise to access it for you. You can also see your test results and coded medical record on this site so it is vital that you keep your login details safe.
