Practice Area Map

Our practice area is displayed approximately by this map. If you are unsure if your home is within our boundaries, please contact the reception team who will be able to advise you. We do not accept patients who live outside of the practice area as agreed with NHS England.

The surgery is located approx. ¼ mile from the Town Centre. It is served by several bus routes and there is some parking in the streets around. There is ample undercover parking for pushchairs.

As of 1st July 2012, we have agreed an outer boundary with NHS England (marked with a green line). This outer boundary encompasses Willwood Avenue, Bay Close, Peckett Close, Millfield Close, Raynor Close and Mountbatten Gardens in Oakes. Our currently registered patients who move to these streets may be able to stay registered with the practice at the GP's Clinical discretion. We are not obliged to accept new patients applying to register from this outer boundary area.
